The mixing tank is mainly composed of a motor,reducer,tank body,tank cover, agitator,support,transmission device,shaft sealing device,and electrical control box.It can also be equipped with electric heating and steam heating jackets and related devices according to process requirements,as well as cooling devices.
The tank body and tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. According to requirements,the tank body and tank cover can be equipped with process openings such as feed and discharge ports,observation windows,temperature and pressure measurement ports,steam fractionation,and safety venting.
This machine can be used for standalone production of large quantities of materials,or it can be connected to a complete automated production line.Various liquids,powders,and granules can be quantitatively added to this machine at the front end,mixed and blended,and then connected to a fully automated quantitative filling,capping,sealing,and labeling production line (a semi-automatic filling machine can be connected for small batch production).
Mixing slurry can be selected with different mixing slurry according to the actual usage requirements of customers.
